Allen W Warren is founder and CEO of New Faze Development, Inc., a real estate development company founded in 1990. Since its inception New Faze Development has built a reputation as one of the leading smart growth in-fill developers in the state of California. The company’s focus is building innovative single family housing communities in economically challenged neighborhoods. Each project objective is to enhance neighborhoods by applying a triple bottom line approach of economic, environmental, and socialequity to communities.

New Faze has developed and invested in over 3000 residential units, office buildings and mixed-use space. New Faze was also honored to help build a hospital in the country of Honduras. For most of the company’s existence New Faze has focused primarily on developing housing. In 2018 the company added a new line of projects by investing in skilled nursing and assisted-living facilities. To date the company has four major projects, two skilled nursing and two assisted living projects with market valuation in excess of 200 million.

In addition to over 30 years in the private sector, Allen Warren, has dedicated many years to public service. In 2012 Allen was elected to the Sacramento California city Council and in 2015 Warren was voted as vice mayor. During the eight years of service on city Council, Allen oversaw the development of the Golden One Arena, home to the Sacramento Kings as chairperson. The project was the largest public/private project in the city’s history and has resulted in billions of dollars of economic impact. Allen also chaired the city’s Budget and Audit committee’s multibillion-dollar budget.

Civic and Community issues has always been important to Allen. Allen has donated his time and substantial resources to helping improve his home town of Sacramento. He has served on multiple national and local boards including serving as a chairperson of United Way’s successful multi million capital campaign and co-chair for the California State University East Bay (CSUEB) 50-million-dollar campaign.

Over the years Allen’s journey has had many challenging and exciting chapters. Prior to his career as a real estate developer and an elected official, Allen was an aspiring professional athlete and signed a professional baseball contract with the New York Yankees after breaking the home run and RBI record at CSUEB. He was recognized with multiple athletic awards including first team all-conference awards. After injuries forced his dreams to change, Warren became a stockbroker for DeanWitten Reynolds. In 2006 Allen’s hometown of Sacramento identified him as one of the 50 most influential Sacramentans.

Allen is from a family of seven children, six girls and himself. He is married to Dr. Gina Warren. Together Allen and Gina, have three children Braxton, Synclaire and Roman and reside in the Sacramento California region.
