Our collective expertise gained through completion of many successful projects has enabled New Faze to undertake larger developments. From a modest initial investment, New Faze has grown to become a respected regional developer with a substantial real estate portfolio.

Future Forward
In moving forward and by focusing upon the theme of community progress it is important to note the challenges and opportunities presented to many developers during the recent recession. Because building is a major cornerstone of a city’s economic development activity, it was especially disappointing for us to experience slower progress on three of our signature projects: Sun Meadows, the Alchemy series, and Del Paso Nuevo, Phase V. However, the New Faze team was able to work through this adversity by remaining faithful to our commitment to the community, and we successfully resolved these projects through modified agreements with our lending partners and the local redevelopment agency. We wish to express that our focus on community engagement, quality product development, and service delivery has never changed. With an eye on the future, we look forward to continuing our tradition of time-tested development excellence for years to come.
