Every year, New Faze Development gathers the best teaching and coaching talent in baseball and takes the area’s youth under its wings to help advance their talents to the next level. Our Annual Youth Baseball Camp has served hundreds of students who might one day become major league players, coaches or scouts. It’s a collaboration between passion and skill, in association with Sacramento State Baseball, located on their outstanding university level playing field. We believe that collectively the more we give to our youth the more we can achieve as a community. This is one of the ways we say “thank you” for the continued dedication and support the Sacramento community gives to us so freely.

Release From Liability and Photo Release

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY ON BEHALF OF MINOR CHILD - The undersigned is the parent or legal guardian of a minor child who wishes to participate in a free Youth Baseball Camp sponsored by Sacramento State Baseball of the California State University, Sacramento ("Sac State"), and New Faze Development, Inc. ("New Faze"). As parent or legal guardian, I understand the physical condition, experience and capabilities of my minor child, and I understand the nature of youth baseball camp activities in which my child will participate. I believe my child is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activities. I also understand that sports activities can be hazardous and that accidents can happen in the course of sports activities that present risk of serious harm to the participants. On behalf of my minor child, I agree to execute to this release from liability for the benefit of the sponsors of the Youth Baseball Camp. Therefore, as consideration for my minor child being permitted to participate in the free Youth Baseball Camp, I hereby agree no claim shall be made against Sac State or New Faze on account of injury or damage resulting from the negligence or other acts, howsoever caused, by any employee, agent, or contractor of either Sac State or New Faze as a result of my child's participation in the Youth Baseball Camp. I further agree that Sac State and New Faze are hereby released and forever discharged from any and all manner of claims, demands, damages, costs, liability, action or actions, and causes of action, whether arising under federal, state, or local laws, common law or statutory law, at law or in equity, in tort, contract, or any other type or form of legal theory, fixed or uncertain, liquidated or unliquidated, contingent or uncontingent, of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, resulting from my minor child's participation in the Youth Baseball Camp. This release applies to me and to my minor child and also extends to my child's family members and his or her heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns. In furtherance of the foregoing release, I expressly waive all rights that may exist under the provisions of California Civil Code section 1542, which states: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR. In the event any claim is made on behalf of my minor child arising from his or her participation in the Youth Baseball Camp, I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sac State and New Faze from all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses, or damages on the minor's account, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct on the part of Sac State and/or New Faze, including any and all attorney fees and litigation expenses that may be incurred as a result thereof. I have carefully read this release and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract with Sac State and New Faze, and I sign the contract of my own free will. PHOTO RELEASE - The undersigned is the parent or legal guardian of a minor child who wishes to participate in a free Youth Baseball Camp sponsored by Sacramento State Baseball of the California State University, Sacramento ("Sac State"), and New Faze Development, Inc. ("New Faze"). As consideration for my minor child being permitted to participate in the free Youth Baseball Camp, I hereby grant New Faze and Sac State permission to use my child's likeness in photographs taken as part of the baseball camp in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of New Faze and Sac State and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize New Faze and Sac State to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the photos for purposes of publicizing New Faze's or Sac State's programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge New Faze and Sac State from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.



An all-star lineup at the inaugural 2015 Allen W. Warren Celebrity Golf Classic helped make the event a tremendous success, raising needed funds for youth.

The goal of the annual golf classic is to showcase The City of Sacramento to visiting VIP guests while raising much needed funds for youth programs and educational initiatives.

The 2016 golf classic benefits three worthy causes: aced, M.I.N.K.H, and American Red Cross.  The Alliance for Compassion & Education Development, aced provides compassion, education services and education equality at home and abroad to students that are deemed ‘at-risk’ due to geography, poverty, or stability. M.I.N.K.H (Musical Instruments ‘N Kids’ Hands) is dedicated to providing music-centered youth development programs and insights that promote healthy development. American Red Cross-Gold Country Region prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors and serve the most ethnically and racially integrated metropolitan areas in the country.
