Proposed Grocery Store in Sacramento

Residents at Renaissance Park have even more reasons to love their home. The Sacramento Business Journal announced that a pending land sale by the city of Sacramento could lead to a new grocery store right around the corner.

 

The 1.25-acre parcel near the intersection of Del Paso Boulevard and West Camino Avenue could become home to a 15,000-square-foot Grocery Outlet there as early as this summer.

 

The report stated, “The project will also involve upgrading the parking lot on a neighboring building owned by a church in return for being able to use that parking, and adding curbs and sidewalks.”
