Sacramento, CA –– Renaissance Park in Sacramento has proven to be a popular new home community. This week New Faze Development is showcasing with special incentives the move-in ready home on homesite 4.

This home features The Portofino design at 1,628 square feet with four bedrooms, two and a half baths and a two car tandem garage. It also includes a depth of popular amenities, including a security system expandable to smart home technology, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry, gorgeous granite kitchen countertops and a large walk-in closet in the master suite.

“We are excited to offer a move-in ready home for potential buyers looking to act quickly,” stated Cecil O. Williams I, Community Sales Director for New Faze Development. “As an added incentive, we are offering $5,000 towards options and upgrades and closing costs when financing is acquired through our preferred lender.”

Its convenient location to Sacramento’s urban core, technology and environmentally friendly features and stylish designs contribute to the steady sales pace.

“People like the fact that they can buy a home for about the same monthly cost as they would pay to rent, and the ability to walk, bike or take the light rail to work from home is even more attractive,” continued Williams.

Visit Renaissance Park and tour the homes under construction. The sales center is located at 2473 Erickson Street, Sacramento, CA 95815 and open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closed Wednesday. • Hello, I am a disabled veteran looking for a home. My monthly income is $3000 currently, and will soon go up when income from my G.I. Bill starts in September. I am working to clear a few negative spots on my credit, my score is about 535, and I would like to know if I would be able to qualify for some of your low income or first time home buyers program.
Until 2 1/2 years ago I was a homeless veteran who got my place through HUD VASH. I am now taking HUD classes for first time home buyers, and am looking to move away from Silicon Valley; where I currently rent. Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.
    Kind regards,
    Natalie

I read an article in Sunday Sacto Bee and followed by going on website for additional information, including the prices and very frustrated that the site is difficult to navigate, let alone no price list found.
