Del Paso Nuevo
The Master Plan of Del Paso Nuevo is a 150-acre new home development being completed through a
joint effort by both public and private partnerships. It is one of the largest all-new home developments
undertaken in the Del Paso Heights community in 20 years. This new master planned community will
contain 360 single-family homes. The first phase of 77 homes was completed in 2002; another 175 are
scheduled to begin in 2007 with the final build out in 2008.
The first of 95 homes will begin in late 2006. Sales should begin in early 2007. The four home plans
designed for the neighborhood will range in size from approximately 1,300 square feet to 1,800 square
feet. The distinctive home designs will feature all feature 3 or 4 bedrooms and up to 3 baths in certain
plans.
Del Paso Nuevo showcases innovative home designs that feature distinctive standard amenities and
impeccable craftsmanship. Thoughtful floor plans accentuate openness and highlight efficiency. This
master planned community will feature two new community parks and a tot lot for residents with smaller
